We have received a lot of feedback from our customers in the past years that they do not like the fact that that they are paying a high price every month for telemedicine when they sometimes don’t use it that often.  That’s where we come in.  Here you pay a much smaller monthly user license fee and you buy a set of sessions that never expire. Those sessions get taken out of your inventory as you use them and we remind you when you are running low.  This way you only use what you need an you monetize each session without having to pay a large monthly fee to have access to the platform for the time when you’re not using it.

Provider and Patient Queues

Provider queues can be created to announce availability to respond to on-demand requests for consultation.  Patients that require services from a queued provider simply login the SessionCare platform and select “Meet Now” from the provider queue. All logged in and available providers receive a notification through the platform of the request.  Once a provider “accepts” the consult request, the request is removed from the queue and the provider launches the session from their dashboard.  This feature not only facilitates urgent care encounters but allows access and case transfer to specialists. 

Patient Check-in and Virtual Waiting Room

Patients who accept your session invitation are checked-in and brought to your Virtual Waiting Room where they can RSVP the session, make payments complete E-Document forms, view custom content about your practice and more.

Business Associate Agreements (BAA)

We offer a BAA for those customers who require one.  A BAA is a contractual guarantee that we will safeguard your clients’ Protected Health Information (PHI) to HIPAA Technical Standards. Therefore, the legal liability from any unlikely mishandling of PHI on our part will be shifted from you, to us.
